What You'll Need to Get Started
Running budget analysis software isn't about having the latest gear. Most people already have what they need. We've built our platform to work on everyday computers and devices because financial planning shouldn't require expensive hardware upgrades.
Built for Real-World Devices
Over the past three years, we've tested our platform across hundreds of different setups. The feedback was consistent — people wanted something that just worked without technical headaches.
That laptop from 2019? It'll run fine. Your home internet connection? Probably more than enough. We've seen users run comprehensive analyses on modest hardware without issues.
The reality is that budget analysis doesn't need processing power like video editing or gaming. What matters more is having a stable connection and a screen large enough to read data comfortably.

Real Talk About Hardware
I've been setting up users since 2022, and the most common worry is "will my computer handle this?" Almost always, the answer is yes.
Last month, someone joined our August 2025 cohort using a 2017 MacBook Air. They were nervous about performance. Three weeks in, they're running analyses on five years of financial data without any slowdown.
The trick is understanding what actually needs power. Video calls during group sessions? That uses more resources than the analysis software itself. Multiple browser tabs open? Those can slow things down more than our platform ever will.

Things Worth Knowing Before You Start
- Browser extensions like ad blockers sometimes interfere with chart rendering. You can whitelist our Mironexaluvo to avoid issues.
- If you're on a work computer with restricted admin rights, contact your IT department. Our platform doesn't need installation, but some corporate networks block cloud services.
- Mobile data works fine for checking dashboards, but uploading large datasets over 4G can eat through your plan quickly.
- Two-factor authentication requires a mobile device or authenticator app. We don't support SMS-based codes due to security concerns.
- Screen readers and accessibility tools work with our platform. If you need specific accommodations, tell us during registration.
- Our September 2025 intake includes specialized sessions for users with older hardware who want optimization tips.

Still Not Sure About Your Setup?
Amara runs our technical compatibility checks. Before committing to any program starting in mid-2025 or later, you can schedule a quick test run. She'll have you load our demo environment and make sure everything displays correctly.
Most checks take about fifteen minutes. We'll look at how charts render, whether data loads smoothly, and if your connection stays stable during typical usage. It's easier to catch potential issues now than three weeks into a program.
